Aubrie's 4!!

 On February 5, 2009, two "kids" were off to the hospital to bring their baby into this world.  They didn't know if it was a boy or girl.  They were just full of enthusiasm and ignorance as they charged into parenthood.  After some complications, at 3:20 pm they found out they gave birth to the prettiest 6 lb 11.5 oz girl and named her Aubrie Jane.  Aubrie was just a name we loved and Jane is after Adam's Aunt Paula Jane who passed away after her battle with cancer.  On top of that, Aubrie and Aunt Paula happen to share the same birthday!

She was lanky like dad.

And quickly put on the pounds.  :)

When we watch home movies of her, it's so quiet and they are so long.  We just sat around and marveled at her every move and everything was so amazing to us.  All our home movies now have a LOT of background noise. 

Time flew and our princess turned one.  She loves cake.

Soon Aubrie's world changed when she became a big sister. 

But she quickly turned two and showed us she was up for the challenge.

And so was her pal, Petey.

Turns out, Aubrie is one of the best big sisters you can ask for.  Just ask Emi and Kyle.

She has logged many hours of dancing in the kitchen with dad.  (And shared bad hair days with dad.)

She just lights up our world.

But she kept growing and time kept flying by.  Now she is 3?!

Little sister wants to be just like her.

And now she has a baby brother to take care of, too!

She loves the mud, loves a good princess outfit, and is always entertaining.

And then it happened.  After planning her party since October, (Emilie's birthday) she finally turned 4.  I'm telling you people, this can't really be happening.  I look at her long legs and watch her act so grown up and I'm in shock.  What happened to my baby?  This world is a better place with our dear sweet Aubrie.  Happy Birthday sweet Princess.
