Ehhh

It was a rough day for the Mark girls.  Emilie was up last night crying and didn't want anything to do with me or a pacifier.  She was pulling at her ears and was very upset.  After about an hour, she went back to sleep.  I went ahead and took her to the doctor because I suspected an ear infection.  It is hard when they are teething because you don't know if it is the teeth that are setting them off. 

Turns out I was right.  Emilie has an ear infection.  Problem solved.  Hopefully by tomorrow evening she will be back to her silly self. 

But then...Aubrie.  After dinner she had some tummy troubles.  I ended up having to give her some pedialyte instead of milk.  She wasn't too happy with that.  And to make matters worse, dad wasn't able to make it for dinner or bedtime.  So I tackled it on my own.  The girls were pretty good.  We read our book, but then Emilie threw up in my hair and down my chest.  It was disgusting.  I think she drank her milk so fast and swallowed a lot of air.  Gross.

Finally the girls went down and I got a shower and enjoyed some couch time.  Hopefully tomorrow will bring a brighter day!
