 It was a slow day at our house.  Naps followed church.  Mexican food followed naps. We went to our usual Friday night place since we missed it this Friday.  We had to fix our grill tonight.  The thing that protects the food from direct flame broke.  At Lowes I asked Aubrie if she wanted some rice and beans.  She gasped and said, "Oh boy!  Rice and beans!  VACATION!!!"   When we went to Tahoe in May to see my family, my mom met us in the airport and grabbed up Aubrie and told her she was so glad she made it and now we can start our vacation!  She then took both girls outside to play with Poppy and Gigi at the car.  By the time I got out there with our luggage, they had Aubrie running and jumping up and down, screaming "VACATION!!!"  with two fists up in the air.  Now she yells VACATION any time she is excited.  Thanks Gram.  :)

The grill took two runs to Lowes.  All of our home projects do, of course.  But it was an easy fix.  It is a good thing it is fixed because Adam's parents left us some Indiana sweet corn and we are looking forward to that!  His mom also made me a carrot cake for my upcoming birthday.  I think it is time to go have a piece.  Sorry there wasn't much exciting here.  Just a wonderful lazy Sunday with my family!
