Hang in there!

Nothing happened in my kitchen today.  Except I cleaned it floor to ceiling.  And we ate leftovers.  And not much exciting happened around here today.  I did laundry, of course.  And I attempted to workout at the Y again today but Emilie only lasted 12 minutes.  Well, that is how long I was on the machine before they came and got me.  She's so rotten.  As soon as she saw me step back into the room, she went from mid-scream to giggles. 

I've had two close friends on my mind lately.  They both had a baby girl within two weeks of each other.  My friend Candice is a veteran mom with her baby being their 3rd.  My other friend Brianne is enjoying their first child.  I remember those first couple of weeks of having a newborn around the house. 

That is Aubrie at 2 weeks old.  Look how tired we look!  hahaha.  And then  we were crazy enough to do it again and bring home Emilie.  We didn't even know what tired was...

But we were happy.  And it was all worth it.  Look at how little Aubrie looks in that photo!  Life is passing so quickly. 

I'm so glad that these two mom's had girls.  It is assuring knowing such fantastic women are having little girls and will continue the cycle and make this world a great place.  :)  Hang in there girls.  Sleep will come.  You'll be back in your skinny jeans sooner than you know it.  I'm thinking about you and I hope you're enjoying your baby girls.
