lazy day

It was a semi-lazy day at the Mark house.  That's how I found Emilie after her morning nap.  She somehow got UNDER the sheet saver and slept that way.  She's got a hold of her bunny and lately that has been her go to toy in the crib.  She's not a pacifier addict like Aubrie was.  She's definitely her own person.  She cracks us up and amazes us every day.

We made plans this morning to do Costco for lunch and then eat dinner at home and then go to the Y to go swimming.  You can't beat Costco for a meal.  For $1.50 you can get a large hot dog and a coke.  I used to share a slice of pizza with Aubrie.  But lately she's had a healthy appetite and so has Emilie.  So I got them their own slice to share.  I spend the entire meal cutting up pieces of pizza.  Tiny piece of Emilie, bite size pieces for Aubrie.  Adam holds Emilie while she feeds herself.  We usually end up eating a cold meal by the time we get those two happy.

While at Costco, I got a call and request for a showing at 5.  That means we need to hurry home and get the girls down for a nap so they will be up and ready to get out of the house in time.  Thankfully Adam was home and so getting the house ready was easy cheesy.  I vacuumed before the girls went down and then while they were down, we got the rest of the house ready.  Since the showing was from 5-6, we decided to eat dinner out so we went over to Amanda's house and ordered Chinese food.

Once 6 passed, we headed back to the house and let the girls play outside.  Aubrie's latest thing is playing with an elephant that sprays water.  She, of course, gets soaked and she drags it all around the backyard and waters my flowers.  Then she washes her car and house.  It's very entertaining.

We got some shrimp at Costco, we will have to see what I end up doing with it!  mmmmm!!

Love to all! Pin It Now!
